Spring is in full-force in Ireland, and that means baby animals absolutely everywhere! I had no idea before I got here how rural western Ireland is and how central farming is to the communities we stayed in. I loved seeing all the farm animals and drove my friend insane asking to stop to photograph them all. In the end, I got pictures of maybe 5% of all the adorable baby animals I saw. Here are some of my favorite pics from my Wild Atlantic Way road trip.

The picture captioned “The baby calf just awake from his nap” is like a pixel-perfect postcard that the tourism department of Ireland could print and sell! And the picture where you have a bunch of sheep running down a road lead by a bouncing baby lamb – I wanted to get a picture like that when I was in Scotland and Ireland, but the timing was always off. You nailed it! And I am so green with envy 🙂
I got a bit of video of the running sheep, but my friend got an amazing video of them running toward us with the little lamb boucing. I was super jealous too. =)
Cutest post idea ever!
Thanks Sienna!
